Another hardware store with terrible service
I ordered a glass door online. The door was delivered as a frame, no glass. Store (Roodepoort is absolutely refusing to add the glass.

11 Jan 2021, 15:32Unfortunately glazing can also refer to a wood finish - which would’ve been vwry appropriate in this scenario, seeing that you can’t exactly buy a glass door without glass. Then the description should be door frame with space for glass. I’m expecting a full refund (including delivery charges) back into my credit card. I will tell EVERYONE about this experience and I WONT EVER SET FOOT INTO ANY OF YOUR STORES AGAIN!!! The service at the Strubensvally branch is in any event a shocker. No one available, not enough staff
