And so the pathetic service from Leroy Merlin continues. After my last complaint a very quick response was received via e-mail - and just to be clear, only a response VIA E-MAIL.. And then NOTHING further. Today we receive an SMS stating that our item has been delivered. Would really appreciate being informed of the address at which it was apparently delivered as it was definitely not delivered to us. Again, people, please re-consider before purchasing anything from Leroy Merlin online. Customer service and actually providing the item which was paid for is not a priority for this company. Be careful where you spend your hard earned money!
