An Outstanding Manager

After encountering some tech complications with the online store, I called in and was referred to manager, Nthabeleng Phahlane. She was very quickly able to pinpoint the problem and advise on how to resolve the issue. She then went above and beyond to ensure that my order was processed efficiently and to my exact specifications. Usually (and this is based on experiences with other online platforms) when a manager takes over, they are often not able to help or, quite frankly, not interested. This manager truly surprised me. Not only did she figure out the tech fault, but she knew precisely how to resolve the matter... all with a pleasant attitude and excellent communication. She is an asset to the company. I believe she should be considered for a higher level position, which she is clearly capable of handling with the same competence she demonstrated for my order.
