American retail beating South Africa with customer service
I ordered a headboard about two weeks ago expected delivery was yesterday 12/12/2025 I contact the call centre as it’s my first time ordering with them online the consultant reassured me that the delivery will be made before 5 it the 13/12/2025 no delivery contact them again to confirm they told me the seller doesn’t work on weekends
This customer service is pathetic hence we moving away from supporting our own stores and support American companies
Takealot my order would have been here same day Amazon best customer service ever !!!
Do better!!!
