Air Conditioner

I purchased an air conditioner which is WiFi and Mobile App compatible at Leroy Merlin in Greenstone only to find out once it was installed that it is not WiFi and Mobile App compatible. I went to their store several times to get changed yet no one seems to take me seriously! Even your staff told me it is WiFi and mobile app compatible when I was purchasing it yet to my surprise it is not when I started using it at home. Please fix this as I am not happy with your services at this point. I always purchase at your store yet this time around my views about your store has changed due to how my request to getting exactly what I have purchased is not being attended too.
