Absolutely poor service

After my previous complaint about LM not responding to their quote-email, and subsequently quoting completely wrong, someone from LM contacted me. I asked for a quote for very specific but completely basic construction items with fitment, but once again they provided a quote incorrectly, completely missing several items! I asked to be put in contact with someone that can read and understand the requirements. Eventually, someone whatsapped me, and after requesting a revised quote, they said they'll do it and never did. How a company stays in business with such consistently delinquent service is beyond me.
