ABSOLUTE GREAT STORE AND SERVICE

I went to the Little Falls store on Sunday 24/05/2020. What an experience!!! Yes there was an item they were out of stock of - but this we can blame on the lockdown. The rest of my shopping and wanderings in the store was amazing. The gentleman (apologies for not getting the staff names) in the kitchen section - outstanding. The gentleman in the lighting division - great. The gentleman in the electrical division - outstanding. On a query from my daughter he went all the way to the building section to find the information we needed. He did not show me where to go - he ran there himself to assist. The staff I had dealings with were very friendly and if he did not know - he went onto the website to get the information. I am sold on this hardware store. I even convinced my daughter and son-in-law to go there for all their hardware purchases.
