A Very Positive Experience

Knowledgeable staff who really care and go out of their way to assist. Handy educational posters around the store to further my DIY knowledge. Cashiers are polite and attentive when I'm at the till and it makes a huge change from cashiers in other shops treating me like I'm imposing on them and disturbing their gossip sessions. And the salesman in Power Tools didn't have what I needed (a handheld vacuum) but walked me to the Car Cleaning section where they had exactly what I needed - thank you!
