Shocking 7th WORKING DAYs as in Monday to Friday and refund not reimbursed!

Cannot get responses from the Store in Greenstone!

Phoned multiple times. Hold period is excessive!

Second refund is outstanding because they are experiencing issues!

Is there professionalism or business ethics left?
