Do not order from Leroy Merlin Online, you will just get yourself unnecessarily stressed and aggravated. My intention "was" to move all by business hardware requirements to Leroy Merlin (which included plumbing, electrical, all building supplies and carpentry requirements) ... bad decision. Placed an order for standard, off the shelf Chipboard on the 5th January 2024 and received a confirmation email that specified a delivery date "By 11 January 2024", so you expect a delivery before or worse case scenario on the 11th of January 2024. I made arrangements with my clients according to this information.

The delivery never arrived as stipulated, Phoned customer service and was kept on the line for 15 minutes while they "see what's going on", only to be told that they can not get hold of the managers and will call back in a few minutes ... never happened.

Now i am forced to source material elsewhere at unnecessary addition cost, on short notice and will have to arrange overtime... again at additional costs
