I was in the Greenstone store on 25/09/2023 where I made quite a few purchases to do some renovations in my home. We paid delivery fee, stock was checked and we were off. First off the delivery just arrived without any notice from Leroy Merlin, I was called when the delivery van was outside my house. I was not there and had to turn them away (This was a Saturday). They came back and delivered the goods on the Monday, and I was appalled. The packaging was abysmal, some "boxes" of tiles were not even in boxes. Needless to say the majority of my delivery was damaged, chipped, cracked you name it. I asked for it to be returned. First they sent one guy to come and collect, which due to the order is not possible as two people would be needed to pick up the items, then another few days passed before the delivery was collected, all of these delivery companies just pitched with no notice whatsoever, luckily I work from home and was able to tend to this each time. Then I was told that the one type of tile needed to be ordered first, I was told that it would take 3 weeks, But before this person answered I called the call center to complain as days have passed before I got any answer, I was then put in contact with a "case manager". On 17/10/2023 I was told 7-10 working days. Needless to say, it is now 02/11/2023 and to date nothing.

I have never in my life written a review, but I am so frustrated and at my wits end that it has driven me to this point. I will never recommend Leroy Merlin and will go so far as to ward people against it.

However, seeing how poorly they are rated I fear this post will mean nothing...
