2 Orders Placed and Cancelled for No Reason
Absolute Waste of Time – Avoid This Company!I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the appalling level of service from this business. I have had two separate orders cancelled for absolutely no reason and their customer support is completely useless. First Order (Order #***): Placed the order only for it to be cancelled out of nowhere without explanation. I immediately contacted their staff, spent time calling and emailing them and was assured that everything was sorted out. Second Order (Order #***): After receiving their confirmation and reassurance, I placed a second order. Unbelievably they still could not get it right and cancelled this one as well.What is the point of having a customer service team if they cannot fix a basic system issue or honour an order? I have wasted days chasing them via phone calls and emails, yet no one can give me a straight answer as to why my money/orders aren't good enough for them.Save yourself the massive headache and shop elsewhere. This company clearly does not want or care about customer business!
