1st tim buyer and NOT impressed already
I have purchased a Sink online from Leroy Merlin. My product was supposed to have been delivered yesterday & requested that they deliver it today since there won't be anyone in the house. I received the below response but they have not delivered & no call from them & they are not even responding to my emails , what a big regret for 1st time buyer. -------------------------------------------------------------------------

I called them, reminding them that as I have mentioned there's no one in my house to receive my parcel, they must deliver it at my neighbour's house 4 houses aways from my house. They advised me to send them an email of where they have to deliver. BUT THEY STILL WENT AHEAD AND WENT TO MY HOUSE THEN I GOT THE BELOW EMAIL FROM THEM;
