18 days since order placed. 15 Since cancelled. Still not resolved.

Order **********80 was created on the 22nd of March 2024. Apparently it had marketplace sellers items on the order as well, each with their own delivery fee. R225 delivery for an order of R432. R50 for sandpaper etc.

The estimated delivery date was the 28th of March for some reason...

I later got an email stating that: We’ve had to cancel your order **********80... Refund for R 1,015.00 is already on its way to you.

The order total was R6,769.95.

I phoned and asked that the order in it's totality be cancelled. I was assured that nothing would be delivered. Then I got shipping notifications. One after another the marketplace items arrived.

I was in contact with Musa Manganyi who eventually told me that: The orders you are advising to have received are likely to be from Marketplace and not Leroy Merlin.

No ****! The items were bought and paid for on the LM platform. I would expect a full ****** refund and not a thousand rand short...

At this point I can't even see the marketplace items on my original order and I have had no further response.

What a shambles! Theft plain and simple. I would expect a refund and not **** me around at every step of the way!
