Very rude Nurse

I am 40 weeks pregnant today the doctor made me an appointment for a c-section as for previous 2 c-sections no one told me what time must I come but I made sure to come in the morning to avoid long waits then I was told to go to ward 12 where so early in the morning this rude sister asks me why am I there which doctor sent me ND why did I come so early... She did not even bother to open my maternity case record. She was so rude I burst into tears i
