The worst experience ever....

What a terrible experience we had. Took my brother in law via ambulance 17h00 with stomage pains. Please note he had previous intestine problems even had 3 ops for this problem. Sitting and waiting with the rudes security staff sending us out all the time not knowing what is going on with my brother in law.

If you ask the dr say he needs to see the specialist. Then you go back again then they say he needs to see the internal dr. We left at 01h30 the next morning. Going back there 7h30 where they could not tell us where he is. Sending us to security for pass maybe he is in the ward just to tell us it will only happen the next day. My husband went in the same room where we left him and he was sitting in a wheelchair in the corner from the time we left him. So the whole time in a wheelchair with pain and drip. Then we ask that they discharge him for you cant let a sick patient sit in a wheelchair the whole time without any feedback on his condition. They could not find his file. After looking for it they found it. So they did not even knew where the file is at first. Finally Got him discharged.

Where is the health care cone to. It seems that if you do not have medical aid you are a piece of meat hoping to stay alive. Security have no human relation you get treated like a crimanal. We were helping other patients arriving at ER to just get into the hospital then the security is rude with you for staying with the patient you dont know just so his wife can park her car.

Why do we get treated like this. Really something needs to be done A.S.A.P !
