Rude nurses,P1 her name is blessing

We know that covid19 has caught us offguard,but theres no need to be rude to other fellow South Africans,we know that our nurses are doing their outmost best to help fight this pandemic but my day doesnt even have corona,he tested negative,he was admitted at leratong hospital on the 16th of July 2020 at night,they took him to P1 when we told that visitors are not allowed and the doctors will inform us about the outcome but we left at 5am with no help,they told us they dont allow visitors and we should contact the hospital to check on him,I called the whole day,someone different answered and the feedback they give is lies,so I decided to call again at 7pm and a lady in the ward P1 her name is Blessing answered the phone so rudely and with an attitude said my father was where I left him lasnight and nothing has changed in a very rude manner and hung up,my sister called to ask why she was giving us attitude she said we shouldnt keep calling because his where we left him and his still the same.
