Rude Health Worker To An Elderly Woman

On the 28th of January 2020, before 12pm, a female nurse by the name sister Tshidi from ward 2 was rude to my sick mother, after she told her she was referred by her doctor Dr E. Mahomed from Roodepoort 34 Edward Street, to go see an eye specialist and the nurse chased my mother away and even showed her the name tag and said "You can tell your doctor my name... Here is my name tag I am Sister Tshidi we don't deal with people from Meadowlands here". She was extremely rude because my mother even cried when she got home. Please follow up on this matter, because I am not happy at all.
