Patient not being treated well

I called my husband this morning and he told me that during the night a bravo male was sitting on his bed and I don't have all the details yet, but I am disgusted as to why such a person would even be allowed in the ward of sick people will finish this review once I come back from the hospital I don't even know why they don't remove him or even where to report I'm am enraged by this.
