OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I was at the hospital, which is one place I hate, it does not matter which hospital it is. I realised that not all nurses or doctors are rude as we think. I believe I should say big ups to Dr. Makoko, she is understanding, kind and try's by all means to make you comfortable and an unbearable situation seem bearable. The tv was not working she played soft music to make sure everyone is calm, during her procedures she will tell you in advance this is what I am going to do. I have never come across anyone like her since it was me going to hospitals. Dr. Makoko keep it up and thank you so much for being who you are, we need more people like you.
