Department of HR Leratong hospital

There is a lady called Ayanda at HR department Leratong hospital she is extremely her service is mean I am not sure where she should deal with clients or not because she is too *********** her tone is unacceptable I have been at the HR since last year June Sinces the passing of my step dad because the major child was still a minor so I have been the guardian since last year so the child is now 18 meaning he can apply for his father's pensions...so today went there to ask for the forms on my brother's behalf since he was at school an unable to go for himself...huuuuu it's been a roller coaster with HR because I could have in fact app**** last year on his behalf since he was under my care so they refused and I then decided to wait till he turns 18.....this lady doesn't want to be questioned at all it's like ur not allowed to ask all the relevant questions she gets angry especially when she is unglued iyhooo ok I phoned GEPF to ask if my brother is not supposed to also receive the forms for child pension since he was supposed to receive it till 22 then they confirmed that yes even if he is now 18 he should fill in the forms since he hasn't received child pension they say it can be back paid to the month of his father's passing I call Ayanda back to confirm she wasn't at her desk , I call back I could hear her voice when she's been told that I call as unprofessional she is she immediately say yoooooo Hai that child has problems bluuuur bluurr bluurrr and if the entire HR can't pick up her level of unprofessionalism they would all be labeled as her her attitude on phone was stinking...it's not for the first time even last year December she did the same ...there is the lady called Ausi Mantsho she is a nice lady but Amanda dragged her into her unprofessional attitude...
