Bad service

I have never been so humiliating infront of other patients. I went to the hospital with a referral letter from Solplatjie clinic but i was turned back by a rude nurse in ward 5 who didn't even hv a name tag. I tried to explain to her why i was sent there but she didn't even bother to read the referral letter i was turned bck without getting any help where else should we go when we need medical help
