Bad service

Very bad treatment indeed I have been sitting here for 6 hours without help , I am in one hell of a pain I have a hip replacement can’t walk I’m dizzy and in pain .the doctors and nurses don’t even give a damn about us whatsoever clearly our lives are not Important as they’re lives. Something must be done this is unacceptable.
