bad service

I took my pregnant girlfriend to leratong hospital for Asthma treatment since shes pregnant.she was laid on bed for 2hours without beng attended,when a sister a the hospital attended her after 2hours left alone,she was shouted at for no apparent reason instead of treating her. Where should we get a proper service in this country.<br> Can you please take this matter with hospital HOD..please.your help will be highly appreciated.
