********* company, do not use! I sent a mail to LeQa decor requesting a quote for wall stickers and wall portraits for our baby room. From the start I made it clear that I wanted a specific design. I sent a mail with the size wall that needs to be covered for the stickers and the size of the portraits. An elephant sticker was sent to me and I clearly said that is NOT what I want. I requested a quote before hand as to know what to budget for. A quote was sent to me which I was happy with and I then paid the design fee for them to design it as per what we wanted. Nowhere, not even in 1 mail was I told the amount will change after the design is done, nowhere did they tell me in the mails that the sticker they mailed to me was what they quoted me on. I clearly said that I DO NOT want that sticker they sent me, and they need to design. At this point they should have told me that it will be more expensive, however they did not! I paid for the design, waited weeks for the designs to be completed, and now when I give the go ahead I get a new quote where it is almost 3 times the initial quoted amount!! This company *********ly sends cheaper quotes, gets the potential clients to pay the design fee, then send you a new quote and then simply say, sorry this is how it works. This is clearly how they make their money, by making you believe it will be one amount, then you pay the design fee, then they tell you it is more expensive, then they made a design fee out of the potential client and the client gets no prints! This company has no morals or values, they cheat customers into thinking they will get amazing prints, but then surprise you with a new quote before they print! Disgusting that they are willing to do this to clients!

They also clearly are aware that they are running a business *********ly, as they don't have any review area on their website or Facebook page. Disappointed and disgusted in this ********* business!!
