Bad quality products

I purchased a custom carpet from LeQa Decor. A week after I received the carpet I noticed that the color are already fading. I sent an email to them to complain about the bad quality of the printing. It has been 2 weeks and I still haven't received a proper response. The carpet was really expensive and I expected better quality and after service
