I recently reached out to Noxolo in connection with a few concerns I have.

I have been a resident at Lepro Apartments at 46 Eleanor for over 5years.

Please see a list of my concerns/ issues experienced whilst staying at this address. - Around Dec2021/Jan2022 – my car was scratched – I brought this to Collin (Caretaker)’s attention and nothing was done - Around June/July I woke up to my tyre slashed. - This past weekend on the 6th March I woke up to more scratches on my car. I then reached out further to Noxolo to have CCTV footage as I am at a point where I am feeling unsafe.

I was made aware that a call out fee of R550 post escalating the last incident – which arguably has been challenged. Considering the safety of the tenants , I believe this information should be made known to everyone who resides in your property.

I am disappointed with how the past incidents were handled and thus tended in my notice from this residence. There is little or no consideration for our safety. I have tried several times today to get ahold of Noxolo to no avail.
