Unfir treatment by Mr mulaudzi who is responsible for professional driving leaneship at Lephalale TVET college

I am hereby complain about unfir treatment that i recived from Mr mulaudzi when i wanted to resign from professional driving leaneship. Mr mulaudzi threatened me and said i have to complete the whole 12 month and and said if i resign they will come for me. And i dont understand why because other students have left before i dont know if they resigned or not but i wanted to do the right thing by sending a proper resignation latter. And not i am surprised when he say if i resign i will have to pay back the money that was paid toe during the course of the program. Please help Yours sincerely mashamba fhulufhelo Cell: ***
