WhatsApp while helping a customer

Dear MR GG Hlongoane, a little tip to you. It is considered very rude to chat on WhatsApp while a customer is standing in front of you. Why do you need to read and respond on you WhatsApp's before you start helping me. Seriously the people working at the municipality is so slow it's like they do not want to help you, eithe you chat on your phone while helping a customer or your playing Candy Crush. The only person at the counters willing to help is Lizzy.
