Trained for one year, three years no certificate still waiting.

<p>Two students have been awarded a learnership from 01/05/2013 to 30/04/2014 to train in Water and Waste Purification, they completed the training but they are still waiting for their certificates.</p> <p>Learnership was offered by Lepelle and the training was conducted by the Service Provider appointed by Lepelle, the training took place at Giyani Water Affairs. I was contacted by the learners to do follow ups since January 2016, I tried to call Lepelle and the Service Provider to try find out what could be the problem, the answer is not assisting the learners as the Service Provider indicates that they have completed and closed-out the project successfully, their scope included Quality Checks and Close-out report which they have done, but Lepelle indicates that there is one part of the scope [Moderation and Assessment Report] which the Service provider must complete before the certificates can be printed.</p> <p>Lepelle indicates that this confusion is the reason the future of the learners is being thrown away.</p> <p>I would be happy if anyone can assist, the learners have no other qualifications they are sitting at home praying for the situation to be resolved so that they can move on with their lives.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
