Lepelle-Nkumpi municipality *******ion.

Good evening my review today is about *******ion in Lepelle-Nkumpi municipality. My late mother Anna Mafumane had a RDP house in Lebowakgomo Unit F so when she passed she left the house with younger 2 brothers which both of the got employment at Sun city hotel leaving my cousin in the house to take of the house that was 2018 December, in February 2021 my younger brother's employment contract ended so he went back home however he found out that our home was living strangers when he asked how they living there they then told him that house was allocated to them local municipal, my brother went to municipality to enquire how come they allocated another family into our home Mr Mawela told my brother that they did no such such so my brother went Lebowakgomo police station to open a case however nothing has been done to date about the matter. On the 6th May 2021 myself and my sibling went COGSTA which is department of human settlements and Housing where we spoke to a lady by the name of Lindi she then told she can't help us because those houses in Unit F don't have TITTLE DEEDS as yet and it will pointless for to want to involve MEC as he won't help us because it's just us. My brother is living on the streets while he has a home just because Municipality has allocated our home to other family under what conditions we don't know. Please help us get our mother's house back.
