They promised a refund but took my money and ran!

Took my money after they promised a refund on an order they cancelled I ordered the VIP membership in January 2023, but the order was marked as “refunded” without my consent, BUT they never refunded the money after they sent an email promising it will be repaid. All of my emails and questions have been ignored since then R995 down the drain!
