Shocking “service” from Leova Health

I ordered Glow capsules from Leova Health and when I received them I realized that they were the incorrect ones. I’ve sent numerous emails and online queries asking to return them for a refund (they offer a money back guarantee??) or to exchange them. I had one reply asking for my name and I haven’t had a response since then

And to make it worse, a payment went through for a subscription today and I didn’t subscribe!

So be careful because I’m not sure this is a legitimate business if this is how they operate
