Promised refund never took place

I bought collagen plus and signed for recurring delivery of the product. The delivery of the product became too frequent that I was sitting with six in March 2022 I requested that the next order be canceled (April) Courier came do deliver still. I contacted Leova Health via whatsup. I was told to reject delivery Leova will refund and I did. Since March, I have not received my refund. When I follow up I'm told "sorry maan I'll follow up later today " It is mid May 2022 now and never received my money. I have lost hope Leova Health customer service sucks! Leova health customer
