I want my money

I ordered from Leova after a friend recommended their products and reviews from Instagram and Facebook so I was confident when I made the order,they are known to deliver very quickly so I was hoping it would be the case with me because I had to go visit for the December holidays so I requested a cancelation because no one would be home for the delivery so they acknowledged the cancelation through an email and sent another one to say that I'll be refunded within 3-5 days it's been long overdue now. I'm trying to reach out on their Facebook account, Instagram,WhatsApp and email but no one is responding. I'm being a nuisance because I want to know when will I get my money? I deserve to know because it is my money so they're not supposed to be giving me a run around like they are doing me a favor, I need my money back!!!
