Disgruntled client

I am a rather frustrated client. I have ordered skin glow pills after receiving an email from Leova with a promotion code stating that if I order 1 bottle, I get 1 bottle free. I completed the order and my package was received with only 1 bottle instead of 2 bottles. I reached out to them to raise my concerns and dissatisfaction. Firstly they don’t have a number where clients can call, they only have a WhatsApp number that is never attended to or rather ignored. They respond when it suits them. I requested on the WhatsApp my second bottle or my order cancelled and refunded. The response I received was that the matter is going escalated to the manager and to this I am still in the dark. To make it worse, this is not the first time I have orders from them with a promotion and received the package missing. This is unprofessional and very frustrating for clients especially in a market where the competition is high. I will not be buying any products from them in the near future.
