Poor quality service

<p>We booked a cake for a baby shower to be held on the 16th of December 2016. The cake we received was totally the opposite of what we ordered. What's even worse was that the cake we got look poor in appearance and tasted bad. Upon complaining to the company, we were told that we have emotional problems and should take our frustrations elsewhere. Furthermore we were threatened that they won't be rendering any service to any of us in the future. The disrespect is beyond customer service. </p>
