the coffee shop needs to change the staff and especially the manager / owner.

on entry to the leopard rock cafe, stunning view. walking into the coffee shop, my husband whom happens to be white and afrikaans at that and i am indian, walked in with our kids. ordered coffees and milkshakes. when i walked back in, i stood infront of the till waiting for the staff to finish their chat on testicles, the owner or manager,( and whe didnt have the decency to have a mask on), cause i could see full view of her facial expressions anyway, white lady with short dark hair came to the till , very quickly took my card, went over the order, then she asked if this was take away or we sat down, before i could answer the other white lady stated it was take away, as the presumed manager was ringing up , the presumed manager then asked me if i would like to leave a tip, and i looked in my purse and said sorry i dont have any change, then i said even if its take away? she then very abruptly said, " well someone had to make it", she then gave me the slip and took those little complimentary sweets back. and gave me back my slip, i stood their in disbelief at what just happened.i just walked away, having no words to say i told my husband and i had to literally stop him from saying or doing anything to spoil our trip over a woman who was clearly the rudest person i ever came across. she and her staff need to change their attitudes and especially in the hospitality industry of which i am employed with a very reputable airline , and to deal with this. I’m sorry, this is not on. and worse i am so embarrassed because i come from uvongo. something needs to be done, really, change that whole staff, take back tourism in order for us to feel welcomed in our own home country and not have to deal with this behaviour and selective choices of whom she gets to be nice too. lady with dark short hair, i shall return. sorry the staff may be nice, however through one person, this can stop tourism in its tracks, given the state the country is in already. i need a formal apology for the way i was personally treated.
