Unprofessional when things go wrong. Rat infested storage units,

While my move with Leopard went well, we had some items we could not fit into our new place and used Leopard to store a few appliances and some furniture. When they returned the items the washing machine was so damaged by rats eating into the pipes that it could not be used at all. Our 4-seater couch was also ripped open by rats, as well as a single chair. After much complaining, Leopard collected the items and had the washing machine repaired (to their credit) but never returned our couch and chair cushion. I have called a number of times, no response and now I don't know if we will ever see our couch again as no one takes my calls. I don't recommend anyone store anything with them if you value your goods.
