Stay far way Leopard Movers Epping Charles and Vaal Triangle Transport Valmerie Dorfling!!!!!!!

Stay as far away as possible!!!!!!!!! Goods were delivered 2 days later as arranged. Company **** about truck being stuck in Clarence. Crew said they were never there. We had to send message and call after call to try to find out where our stuff is. With no responce from him or Valmerie that we booked our move through.

Not all items delivered, informed Charles with no responce. Then came back with excusses as I listed box numbers and items missing. As you cant say before unpacking. The next day I informed him about missing items as unpacked. He is now arguing regarding items missing. Mostly electrical equipment and chair cushions and kitchen ware.

On collection they were informed to leave our HP designe jet large format printer flat. Was loaded correct but on the off load it was on its side. Belt of printer has thus been broken, over tilt. Damaged in transit no responce from Vaal triangle transport Valmerie. Her responce deal with Charles Leopard Removals. But move was booked through her. She has gotten her commision now it is ****** you. Cleary both her and Charles have no idea of customer service.

Before using this unprofessional company by booking I should have realiased something was wrong with a gmail email address. And the wrong banking detail given to us. They are quick to demand full payment.

Crew is very lippy and once again no customer relations. Truck was loaded messy with no clear indication of whose items are where, thus missing items etc.

My biggest mistake was not going with a well known company Retief Transport, Advance etc. I did read the bad reviews on Leopard Movers but was assured by Vaal Triangle Transport Valmerie Dorfling that Leopard Movers was excellent yes they would be stupid me as she earns her commision from them.

They arent even worth one star??? At present our case is still unresolved with no communication from Leopard Movers. Will seek legal advise!!!!!!!!
