Short delivered goods - took no responsibility

Damaged goods, missing goods, owner denies damaging goods and just keeps saying "we are sourcing a replacement for your goods that went missing" and every time I have to follow up when the items are going to be replaced then he says "by Friday" when Friday comes, then its "by Friday" again. After weeks of waiting and many emails it is very clear that they are not prepared to take any responsibility for their negligence. Instead of just reimbursing me for the value of the goods that "went missing" the owner welcomed me to give his business negative reviews on social media and internet.
