Most valuables damaged or lost

Stay as far away as possible!!!!!!!!! Firstly had to keep asking when pick up will happen only to find out a day before moving the time and that I'll only be getting my stuff 2days later, they arrived hours later than arranged time. Not even bringing half enough space as the listed stuff even after I had asked for extra space if I forgot something. Now i had to arrange storage for my left stuff and pay another load even though I've paid for halfvstuff left. which if I known I could have arranged overnight accommodation. Driving down from Pretoria to George sleeping at b and b for 2 nights i hadn't planned for, was notified due to technical issues delivering wil be a day late, noting im sleeping on floor at new place as i don't know anyone in George. The next day apparently another delay but was promised even if they deliver at 12pm it will come as expected only received my furniture next day. were delivered 2 days later as arranged. Company **** about truck being stuck in loading zone! Anyways crew was nice and professional ...they took really well care of my stuff, but Charles hadn't even said sorry. Anyway next load (noted that I'm now paying double than quoted) was worse, they were on time this time and delivering a day early but everything loaded was damaged crew was rude and careless as I witnessed a box being tossed and dropped. I was marking boxes and furniture nr unloaded, there was double nrs no nr on some stuff and when done I was missing almost 17 items. When signing the release the guy had marked all missing stuff.

I had to send message and call after call to try to find out where our stuff is, and telling him about my experienceand damaged furniture. With no responce from Charles that we booked our move through. Not all items delivered, informed Charles with no responce.

I only realized how much was missing and damaged completely after unpacking, as you cant say before unpacking. Ive seen im not the first complaining about this.

At present my case is still unresolved with no communication from Leopard Movers. Will seek legal advise!!!!!!!!
