First of all, they arrived for pick-up, which was supposed to be 07h00 on Wednesday morning (24/11/21) but only arrived after 12h00. Some of the workers were still intoxicated and they were very slow and joking around. I had to leave lots of plants and pots behind because there were not enough space on the truck, after I had explained to the lady that we have lots of plants and pots. The driver promised us that they will offload in St Helena Bay that same afternoon, so we loaded everything onto the truck. On our way to St Helena Bay that afternoon, we had a call from the driver telling us that they will only offload the Thursday morning. We had to sleep on the floor. Thursday morning - the truck arrives very late AGAIN, refused to offload because we have to pay the outstanding amount before they open the truck. We tried to explain to them that we first want to inspect if everything is in good order, but they refused. I had to ask around for someone with internet so that I could make the payment. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will we make use of them again. Rating : EXTREMELY POOR
