If you want quality and reliable movers with communication skills, DO NOT use Leopard Movers.

Owners Charles and Tom don't reply to emails and Whatsapps. I have given them ample time to respond to me and my husband with regards to a broken TV and I have had to resort to giving them a 1 star review as this seems to be the only place where they reply.

My family and I moved 5 hours from Cape Town and used Leopard Movers. Not only was there a massive delay in communication but the movers only got to our new place at 11pm at night which was never discussed. We moved on from that and were just happy to receive our things.

A few days later, we finally got WIFI and turned our TV on - only for it to have a HUGE crack and to not even turn on. I have tried to get ahold of Charles AND Tom but both are ignoring me. I consider this completely unprofessional and quite frankly, theft. Your movers have broken our TV and the owners don't even have the decency to let us know the process in replacing it or what they will do about it.

Absolutely DO NOT use this company for your move. You will be left disappointed.
