BAD SERVICE WAITING FOR QUOTATION

<p>I want to complain about Ford.</p> <p>On the 10th of January 2017 I took my Ford Ranger, to Leon Motors in Rustenburg for the release bearing. They phone me and tell me that they receive authorization the replace the complete clutch kit. Estimated Price R 13000.00.</p> <p>11th January 2017 they phoned me and told me that there is something wrong with the gearbox and that they must send it away to Ford Mayfair. On Friday the 13th January 2017 they phoned me again and told me that they haven’t fetched the gearbox yet and the will come and fetch it on Monday the 16th January 2017. They phone me on the 17th and 18th January 2017 and told me that the gearbox is still in Rustenburg.</p> <p>It is two weeks later and still I have not a quotation</p>
