I wish the was an option to rate 0 because that what is happening at that place. They are the worst place you could ever take your car to. if your insurance suggests them decline it.

They no nothing about customer service, 0 communication skills. I do not know how they are still in business with the kind of service they offer. You take your car for a 10 days job but a month later nothing has been done to your vehicle. the only thing you will get is lies.
