My wife's car was damaged in an accident and thus needed some repairs. Insurers made the arrangements with Leon's Panelbeaters in Strand, Cape Town. They offered a loan car. When they had all parts for the repairs we took our car in. From then on EVERY day we received a message informing us of the progress of the repairs. In all my years of dealing with the motor industry I have never had this type of service. I was completely surprised that they were so on top of the situation letting us know how they were progressing. Must mention that my wife is 85 years old and that she was also very impressed with their concern and well being of their client. Well Done to ALL
