Avoid unless you are willing to leave your car there for a season

Shocking. They were the recommended service provider for my Naked Insurance car repair.

First I had to wait a month before the car would go in, and then my car was in their workshop for 3 months, and every time I had to follow up about the delay their reasoning (if you could get any one to get back to you about it) was a different excuse. So many promises were made about when the car would be ready. The last time I followed up I was told it would be ready by the Tuesday (promised me since I was supposed to leave on holiday)... when I visited the shop they haven't done a single thing to the car, and was still waiting for parts to be delivered (which was not there by the time I collected it when they closed 3 weeks later.

I eventually had to take my car back and to another panel beater, and the very little work that was actually done was done very poorly.

I understand that car parts can take time, but then transparency is extremely important and condescendence when talking to your client will only worsten the situation.
