NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

I acquired butchery equipment from this supplier, including a band saw and mincing machine. I received every assurance before the sale was concluded, from this very charming father and son pair, that should I have any problem whatsoever with the equipment purchased, they would dispatch a technician to my premises to effect any required service or repair. On the first day of business I found that the worm in the mincer was fused in the machine, making cleaning impossible. I called Sergio (the son) and advised of the problem. He promised to consult with his Dad and revert. Two days later, after not having received a response, I called again, and was this time directed to his Dad who promised to have a technician call me. Again this did not happen. Three weeks, multiple calls from me later and after I had the repairs effected by a third party at my cost, I called Leon's Catering for the final time, to express my disappointment, anger and disgust at the service I received. Sergio simply transferred the call to his Dad, who listened to my gripe, said thank you and put the phone down.<br> <br> If you're looking for after-sales service, then this is definitely NOT the place to go.
