Warranty claim

My car was fixed on a warranty claim but after receiving their was still something wrong and took it back for the second time and when I received it again the problem was still there. After phoning and reporting it again and explaining I can't go without a vehicle they said they will come back to me when one is available and it's almost 3months later and still they can't help me and now my turbo is starting to leak oil everywhere. It's the most pathetic service I've ever received and the people at leons treats their customers as if they are doing you a favor and they don't like being bothered. Even ford sa did not want to assist me the only people who is trying to help is the people of Hatfield auto in Pretoria. Will recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying a ford just ask for Irene she will make a plan to assist you.
